How to order?
  1. Email us at kawaiistuff4u@gmail.com or fill in the order form here with the following details.

    • Please also add in additional information for custom handmade products as guided per product post.
  2. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
  3. Upon order confirmation, please proceed to make payment within 3 days. Products will only be delivered once payment is received.

  5. We will ship your products upon payment confirmation. Please allow us 1 to 2 months to complete your custom handmade products.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.

What are the shipping methods provided?
  1. Poslaju - every Wednesday and Saturday
  2. Collect on Delivery (COD) - we will meet up at a place fixed by us. Cash term and in Kuching only.
What are the postage rates?
  1. Local Town Delivery (Kuching - Kuching) - RM 5.00
  2. Within Sarawak - RM 6.50
  3. To West Malaysia - RM 9.00
  4. To Sabah - RM 8.50
*Note: The rates are only applicable for products not more than 500g. If products weigh more than 500g, additional charges will apply.

What are the payment methods available?
We accept payment from Internet Banking/Fund Transfer/ATM for CIMB Bank only.
